Your right to withdraw

You can withdraw from stock pieces within 14 calendar days of receiving them, without giving a reason. If the order arrives in several parcels, the period runs from when you receive the last one. Made-to-order or personalised pieces can't be withdrawn from (article 103.c of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).

How to withdraw

Online: from your order's page, with the «Withdraw from the contract here» button, or here, with the order number and your email. You choose the pieces, confirm, and we email you an acknowledgement straight away with the date and time.

You can also send us the form below, or any clear statement that you're withdrawing, to the contact email shown in the form. We confirm by email that we've received it.

What happens next

We refund what you paid, standard outbound shipping included, within 14 days of you telling us you're withdrawing. We may wait until we receive the pieces, or until you show us you've sent them. You must send them back within 14 days of telling us, and you're liable for any loss in value if you've handled them more than needed to see what they're like.
